A variant cover that links up with the Justice League 15 variant cover, penciled by Jim Lee and inked by me. I inked most of this cover with brush and a little bit of crowquill.
Jeez! Those scales!
Scott, sir... you-are-a-god.
incredibly bad ass!
This is incredible!!! My biggest weakness is the inks. I am amazed that you know exactly where to cross hatch and where to only use feathering. Is this something you contribute to the art or do Jim's pencil convey this already?
This is supreme embellishment work!
I must say. I occasionally come to this image and look. I'm still get goosebumps like it was the first time I've seen it.
And I probably faved this a year ago when I joined dA.
you make a kickass aquaman like no other.
I love the bubbles in the drawing( your awesome )
When can we get a Wizard Scott Williams Millennium Edition HC Book? Your work is so good it defies description sometimes!
dynamic duo in comics world...great stuff man..
man, you guys slay it every time
so good it hurts
Jim Lee is AWESOME!!
Wow!!!! Great one Scott!!!!!
Beautiful inks. Hope I'll someday be as half good with inks like you.
That's insane man how do you get that good?
incredible! Love all the detail and the rendering. the work you put into the 'mail is staggering.
Thanks Kevin. I am an anal retentive glutton for punishment. That explains everything!
Fantastic Scott Williams...
Great job on this, Scott! Beautiful textures.
how much time does this take you sir?
This is probably 10 hours of work.
ill be different in my praise... you suck as always ewwwww horrible work.
Daaaamn! The inking is just flawless
There are always flaws. I'm just good at hiding them! LOL
Hehehe, yeah I guess, it is a very important part of the inking process since as a greater artist than myself once said "it isn't a task for the timid" so mistakes and how to hide them cleverly is certainly an ability needed for it
MY god... you are indeed the master... this is so beautiful... everything is great... just great
The amount of detail is staggering. Awesome work as usual.
excellent shading on the scales
The scales were definitely the part where I had to really focus.
Congratulations! Excellent work
